A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Randy Cardel [TipToe] Carter, son of the late Lacey and the late Nora Carter [nee Pitcher], father of Randy Cardell Carter [Shakeela], grandfather of Cardell, Myarie and Keelani Carter; brother of Charlie [Marion] and Steven Carter, in his 63rd year, of 40 Happy Valley Road, Lower Apt, Pembroke, [formerly of St. David’s], will be held at St. David’s Primary School Auditorium, Sunday, February 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
He is also survived by relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
All who knew him are welcome to attend. Colours can be worn.
