Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mr. Raymond Eugene Adolphus Tannock, beloved husband of the late Deborah Anne Tannock [nee Lightbourne, devoted father to Barbara, Raymond and Christopher; grandfather to Treasure, Ryley, Josiah, Jada, Matthias and Simeon; brother to Lionel Tannock [Louise], Ronald [Mazeta], the late Rudolph “Tick” Tannock, Lydia Joell, Amelia Durrant [Miles], Henry Melvin [Liane], Edwin [Beza] Simons, Stephanie Simons and Cynthia Tacklyn [Kent]. Raymond also leaves in-laws Janet Cook [George] and Edmund James Lightbourne [Monique]. In his 77th year of 4 Prism Heights, Southampton, he was the son of the late Henry Algernon Joseph Simons and Angelina ElizabethTannock, both deceased. Raymond leaves to mourn a host of friends in Bermuda and globally which includes the parishioners of St. Anthony’s Church and the larger Roman Catholic Diocese of Bermuda & Mount St. Agnes Academy, the PLP family, members and friends of Kiwanis Club International, the Bermuda College, WEDCO and his friends of Fidelity.
There will be no viewing.
Funeral services will be held at St. Anthony’s Church, Middle Road, Warwick on Friday, 12 August @ 3pm with interment to follow at the Holy Calvary Cemetery, Robert’s Avenue, Pembroke. Strict covid protocol to be observed.
