Bulley-Graham-Rawlins Funeral Home announces with deep regret the passing of Robert Richard “Bobby” Rans, Jr, of 10 Timber Lane, Pembroke, aged 77. He was the son of the late Robert and Alice Rans; the beloved husband for half a century of the late Julia Fox; loving father to Brooks [Kate] and Peter [Leslie], and grandfather to Cody. He is survived by three sisters, Gladys, Janet, and Lynn, several nieces and nephews, many cousins, and more friends than anyone would have believed possible on this island. Unsurprising since he had a towering reputation as a financier as far away as Wall Street. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, October 19th, 2024, at 3 pm at St. Anne’s Church, 13 Church Road, Southampton.
