Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Rosalind Iris Irene [Peggy] Herbert [Née] Simmons.
A Home Going service for Rosalind Iris Irene [Peggy] Herbert [Née] Simmons wife of the late Rev. Leon G. Herbert, daughter of the late Olive Marie Simmons, niece of the late Helena and Hilton Tucker [parental guardians], mother to Pastor Terence, Terrilynn [late Carl Trott] and Karen Herbert, sister to Elsie Webb, Robert [Jimmy] Simmons, the late Winston Simmons and Faye Simmons, niece of Eula Simmons, the late McIvor [Lucille] Simmons, James [Phyllis] Simmons, and Dorothy [Hubert] Simmons in her 79th year of 37 Orchard Grove, Pembroke will be held at The First Church of God, North Shore on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 3:00 pm.
Interment will follow the service at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at First Church of God, Sound View Road, Sandys on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm also at The First Church of God, North Shore on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 2:30 pm – 2:55 pm.
