Shannon Philemon Looby

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Shannon Philemon Looby, beloved father of Shakaur Looby and Shanteala Looby; mother of children Pamella Looby; cherished grandfather of Kuan Smith. Loving son of the late Clifford and Cherie Looby, and dear brother of Misty Alison Looby, Garry Lovell, Ralph Lovell, and the late Cornell Lovell.
Shannon will be lovingly remembered by his niece, Madison Looby; aunties: Claudette Smith, Mary, Lillian, Eunice and Alice Lovell; uncles: Vernal Smith , William, Vincient and Harrison Lovell.
Special cousins: Antoine Martin ,Maxine DeSilva, Jermaine Deillo DeSilva , Denise Lillian Ash, Dennis Howard Alick and Derek; and his many other relatives and friends, including those he grew up with in Happy Valley.
A homegoing service celebrating Shannon’s life will be held on Monday 5th October 2026 at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Middle Road, Warwick at 12:00 noon. The interment will follow the service in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
May he rest in eternal peace. He will always be loved and never forgotten. The family wish to thank Jerry Friday and the staff of Mid Atlantic Institute for their assistance and support.
