It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Shannon Philemon Looby, beloved father of Shakaur Looby and Shanteala Looby, mother of children Pamella Looby, cherished grandfather of Kuan Zion Smith. Loving son of Clifford and Cherie Looby, and dear brother of Misty Alison Looby, Garry Lovell, Ralph Lovell, and the late Cornell Lovell.
