A Homegoing service for Stanley Evans, husband to Lillia Evans, son of the late Vernon and Lilian [Wilkinson] Evans, loving father to Tawana Adderley, Patricia and Lilian Baptiste will be held on Saturday, March 7th at First Church of God North Shore, 1 First Church Lane, Pembroke at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their last respects on Friday, March 6th from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Augustus Funeral Home and on Saturday, March 7th from 12:00 pm to 12:55 pm at First Church of God North Shore.
Stanley will be lovingly and fondly remembered by his sisters: Vernette, Olive and Jackie Evans and Karon [Chaplain Kevin] Santucci; brothers: Kuhn Sr. [Rev. Dr. Deborah] and A Lloyd [Denyse] Evans; grandsons: Chequan Richardson and Naseem Baptiste; nieces: Beverly, Donna, Peta, Kandra, Semay and Amari Evans, Dionne [Preston] Dowling, Nikita [Leroy] Robinson and Deshan [late Troy] Darrell; nephews: Craig [Mae], Wayne, Kuhn Jr. [Iesha], Deforest, Kelljon [Nichelle] Evans, Johnny [Kelly] Santucci, Sergio Ball and Anthony Lalwani; great nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous special friends and work colleagues. Stanley was predeceased by his brother Deforest Evans, nieces: Dana Evans and Kevina Santucci and nephew Jeffrey Evans.
