We regret to announce the passing of Treamae Ann Veronica Winifred Smith; beloved daughter of the late Treadwell Smith and the late Jacqueline Smith; beloved sister of Steven Darrell [Terry] and the late Rochelle Smith; and devoted partner Disney Wade of #40 Harmony Close, Loughlands, South Shore Road, Paget PG 04.

A service celebrating her life will be held on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hamilton Seventh-Day Adventists Church, King Street, Hamilton. Interment will follow at Christ Anglican Church Devonshire. There will be no viewing.

Treamae leaves to cherish her memories; Nephews: Leroy Smith, Wayne and Allan Simmons, Steven and Damien Darrell; Nieces: Skye and Rayne Smith; great nephew: Zion Simmons; special cousins: Daryl Fubler, Alfred Mallory [Beverly], Karen Hewey [Reginald], Cheryl Kerr, Ronald [Gina] and Todd Virgil, Kimeisha Butterfield, Edwin Neverson [Roydell], Ronay Neverson and Neville Darrell. Godmothers: Veronica Fubler [Charles] and Ann Beach; godchildren: Destiny Adams, A’Maiah and Josí Butterfield, Xylia Hewey, Chelsea and Chad McNorton, Anaya Williams, Shantia Berkeley and Jade Fubler; special friends: Joelle Williams, Cholay Joel, Kari White, Nicole Robinson, Cynthia Hassell, Elicia Hollis, Marcia Fubler, Sharnelle Turini-Hanley, Aunt Heather Lightbourne-Bean, Tamara Sukdeo, Jnayah Berkeley, Andrea Tucker, Warwick Preschool Crew, The Glads, Paget Primary School, Southampton Inspirational Choir, Hamilton SDA Church, Warwick Workmen’s Club, Bailey’s Bay Cricket Club, O’Brien and McNorton families, Bermuda Institute Class of 1992 and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

Treamae was predeceased by her Godmother Joycelyn “Sophie” O’Brien.

The family has requested the color purple be worn in honor of Treamae.
