Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Valeria Cecilia Saunders, wife of the late Winston Leroy “Nin Nin” Saunders, daughter of the late Hilton Stuart Davis and Frances Cecilia Davis Francis, loving mother to Nicole Angelique Burgess (Casey) and step mother to Darian Bean (Natalie), grandmother to Shamar Jabbar, step grandmother to Keane Smith (Tse) Marquis Burgess, Mahlon “Jai” Burgess (Elyssa), Elijah and Micah Bean, sister to Hilton Davis (Ilyss) and Patricia Parris, and sisters-in-law to Norma Davis and Garline (Geraldine) Butterfield and brothers-in-law Ronald and Carlton Saunders in her 85th year of Westmeath Residential and Nursing Care Home (formerly of 14 Wellington Slip Road, St. George’s).
Valeria is predeceased by her siblings, the late Cecil Davis, Clarence Davis (Sylvia), Helena Cann (Jerry), Marceline Smith and brother-in-law Earlston Saunders.
Funeral service arrangements will be announced later.
