A memorial service for Verna Elaine Jones nee Harvey beloved daughter of the late Gladstone and Muriel Harvey; loving mother to Khalilah Phillips, Sally-Ann Jones and LaRoy Jones [Jamee], sister to June Durham, Betty Raynor, Francis Johnston, Nina Ferguson [Le-Verne] of the USA and Marilyn Pough of the UK, in her 65th year of # 55 Cut Road, St. George’s, will be held at the Vernon Temple AME Church, Middle Road, Southampton on Thursday, June 15th 2023 at 4:00 pm.
There will be no viewing.
Verna is lovingly survived by grandchildren Shaz Gibson, LaShee Jones, Arturo Lee, Satorah Lee, Mateo Jones, Teja and Najah-Rae Watson, Uncle Edmund Sherlock, godson Lincoln Raynor-Saldana and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends too numerous to mention.
She was predeceased by sister Inez Caines-Lee and grandson Royhaun Jones.
