Augustus Funeral Home announces the celebration of life service for Walde Madhin Smith-Saltus, beloved fiancé of Denise Wilson; son of the late Gerald and Viola Tyrell and devoted father to daughter Anaye Rayner and son Stoli Wilson-Saltus in his 47th year of 5 Loyal Hill Road, Devonshire will be held at St. John’s Church, Pembroke, on August 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Family and friends can pay their last respects today at Augustus Funeral Home on Monday, 3rd of August 2026 from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
Walde leaves to celebrate his life his father and stepmother, Michael & Donnette Smith; fiancée- Denise Wilson; children – Anaye Rayner & Stoli Wilson-Saltus; brothers – Kyle (Misty), Tekla, Kimarley, Ricky & Travone; sisters- Ceblle, Samantha, Tiana & Tikeira; nephews- Sileces, Ari, Jai-Onni, Jah-Zion; Nai-Jae, Ricky & Russian; nieces- Saria, Faith, Arina, Jai-La, Akeira (Rosie), Rickyah, Ella, Xyla & Izra; – uncles- Orien Tuzo, Wilbert (Michaele) & Annon Smith; aunt – Patricia Tuzo; intended father in law – Warren Pitt, intended mother in law- Donna Wilson; honorary brother- Miguel Burgess; special friends & family- Alreuell Simmons, Dwayne Coddington, Vincent Minors , (V.J.), Merkel DeShields, Nelson Bascome Jr., Smith Family, Tuzo Family, Wilson Family, Robinson Family, Spence Family, AIG Family and numerous cousins too many to mention.
Walde was predeceased by his mother- the late Donna Marie Saltus; grandparents- the late Pamela Smith, Denis Gilbert, Phyllis Tuzo and Alex Outerbridge: aunts- the late Beatrice Tuzo, Antionett Bagley, Nikki and Dawn Saltus: uncles- the late Quinton and Edward Smith, Brian and Vernon Tuzo and Michael Saltus.
Maroon or Manchester United Jersey can be worn. Please no memorial t-shirts to be worn during the service.
