A celebration of life for William Albert [Uncle Bill] Ming, loving husband of the late Elva Ming [nee] Enos, son of the late Mr. George Leon Armstrong and Mrs. Olive Armstrong, brother to Leonie Dublin, Reverend Dr. P. Dianne Tacklyn [late Llewelyn Thomas Tacklyn], George Armstrong, Bishop Henry Armstrong [Carolyn], Carol Armstrong, Olivette Armstrong.
Lovingly survived by sister-in-law: Beverley Samuels; brother-in-law: Glenn Blakeney. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 at New Testament Church of God, Heritage Worship Centre at 2:00pm.
