A service celebrating the life of E.J. Winfield [Dash] Furbert, in his 86th year, beloved husband to Rita E. V. Furbert, of # 3 Tribe Road 1, Warwick WK 09 and loving father to daughters Nicole Hassell [George], Mia Furbert, will be held on Friday, 6th January 2023 at AMIS Memorial Chapel, Khyber Pass, Warwick at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Cobb’s Hill Methodist Cemetery, Cobb’s Hill, Warwick.
A walk-through visitation will be held on Thursday, 5th January 2023 at AMIS Memorial Chapel, Khyber Pass, Warwick from 6:00 to 7:30pm only.
He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Jahshuna, Dereika, Skylah-Cole, Shae-Cole; great grandson, Life Tivalli; niece, Tearna Walker Givens; nephew, Swaine Walker; brothers-in-law, Granville, Victor, Clarence Thompson; sisters-in-law; Jean [Dave], Cora [Anton], Roseclaire, Veronica, Angela [Peter], Cynthia [Tracy], Terry Lynn Thompson. Dash was predeceased by brothers, Wendell, Richard [Red] and Charles Walker; sister, ‘Inelda’ Walker; special aunt, Rosalie Williams; uncles, Dudley [Pinky], George, David, Leon and Leroy Furbert; aunts, Ilona, Edith and Athalie Williams; cousin, Edwin Furbert; grandparents, Charles Henry Furbert and Adeline Richardson West Furbert. Dash is survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and neighbors at Tribe Road No. 1, Warwick.
