We regret to announce the passing of Albertha Louvina Williams [nee Francis], wife of Neville Williams, in her 73rd year of Goodwill Roseau, Dominica. Formerly of 104 Somerset Road, Sandys Parish. There will be a Memorial Service Celebrating her life at Christ Church, Devonshire on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 11am.
