AMIS Memorial Chapel & Crematory regret to announce the passing of Ashton Hugh Peniston in his 85th year of 3 Sandtrap Hill, Sandy’s. The beloved son of Algernon Hugh and Alice Helen Peniston nee Ashton, both deceased. He is survived by his daughters, Catherine Fubler, Ruth [Paul] Cassell, Sarah [Joe] Chabassol and his son, David [Tracy] Peniston. Also survived by his sister, Phyllis Madeiros, sister-in-law, Ann Ross, brother-in-law John [Kate] Ross, 24 grandchildren and 19 great-grand children, numerous nieces and nephews. Also, the Jehovah’s Witness congregation family. He was predeceased by his sons, Andrew and John Peniston, his wives Catherine and Evelyn.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at the Heron Bay Kingdom Hall, 194 Middle Road Southampton on April 24th, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. https:/friendsofhospice.bm/.
