Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – Charles Raymond Willard Davis Sr.
A homegoing service for Charles Raymond Willard Davis Sr., husband to the late Eleanor Davis nee Smith, son of the late Daniel Hughparker and Malvina Davis nee Adams, father of the late Charles ‘Red’ Davis Jr., stepchildren: Anthony Iris, Kenneth Iris [Cynthia], Harry Iris [Marshellene], Antoinette Samuels [Anthony], brother to the late Daniel, William and Stanley Davis, Lois Caisey, Alice Pitcher, Ruth Harvey and Helen Benjamin, in his 81st year of 2 Bandroom Lane, Pembroke, will be held at St. John’s Church, Pembroke, Today, June 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
Lovingly survived by grandchildren: Damiko Easton, Chelsea Knight and Taijae’ Davis; great grandchild: Gi’Yani Knight-Smith; aunt: Persis Butler; step-grandchildren and great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews from the Davis, Benjamin, Harvey, Pitcher, and Smith families, godchildren, sisters-in-law: Ann Davis and Albina Davis; special friends: Georgia Burgess, Gloria Tucker, and a host of relatives and friends too numerous to name.
