AMIS Memorial Chapel regrets to announce the passing of Mrs. Enid Anice Simmons of Evans Bay, Southampton. She was predeceased by
her husband, Wilfred J. Simmons. Loving mother of Charlene V. (Paul) Rawson: Grandmother to Daniel (Samantha), Andrew (Laura), Trevor (Jessica); Great-Grandmother to Shore & Reece, Nephew Michael C.C. Davis.
A service celebrating Her life will be held on Tuesday, JULY 7th, 2026 3:00 p.m. at Emmanuel Methodist Church, Middle Road, Southampton.
There will be no public visitation.
She is survived by her sisters-in-laws Sylvia Courtney and family: Yvonne Simmons and family. Brother-in-law Eulette Simmons and family. Numerous Nieces and Nephews of the Simmons and Courtney families. Predeceased by siblings: Raymond Courtney, Dorothy Metz, George Courtney, and Gordon Courtney. Sisters-in-laws: Edith Butler (Ralph) and Patricia Lambert (Percy); Brothers-in-law: Everett Metz, Stanely, & Braxton Simmons. Her Emmanual Methodist Church family, The Continental Society and 50 Plus Club.
