Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Frances Elizabeth Smith Baker, in her 87th year, of Devonshire Parish, she is the beloved daughter of the late Percy Wentworth Smith and late Elizabeth Lenora Smith, beloved wife of the late Edmund Nathaniel Baker, loving mother of Beverley Brown, Karen Matthew, Kenneth Baker, and Regina Deshield and the late Kimberly Baker, sister to McDonald Smith, Gloria Usher, and late Kenneth Smith, grandmother of 8 grandchildren, and great-grandmother of 23 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service arrangements will be announced later.
