Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the death of Hubert McDonald Preece, son of the late Kenneth and Annabelle Preece, loving father to Donna Smith [Jason], Karla Preece [Milton], Hubert Preece [Lin] and the late Joey Preece, brother to Alreta Martin, the late Willard, Michael and Dennis Preece, Shirley Dawn Richardson, Betty Jean Simons, Joy Flood and June Glori King, in his 80th year of Lorraine Nursing Home.
Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A homegoing service for Hubert McDonald Preece will be held at Christ Church, Devonshire, on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
