Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Joseph John (Johnny) Simons, beloved husband to Viviene Simons, son of the late George and Florence Simons, father to Sheldon McKenzie-Simons, Shellica McKenzie-Simons and Shanakay Simons, brother to Georgette Caines, in his 65th year of 53 Glebe Road, Pembroke will be held on Monday, August 3rd at Vernon Temple AME Church at 1:00 pm.
Interment to follow at St Mary’s Anglican Church.
Joseph (Johnny) Simons will be fondly remembered by grandchildren: Niah and Aaron; son-in-law: JD Symonds; daughter-in-law: Nidra Mc’Kenzie-Simons; aunts: Veronica Redman and Gladys Smith; sisters-in-law: Ann Marie and Zelpha; lovingly remembered by nieces: Natalee and Mica; nephews: Kemar, Samuel, Troy and Marquis; cousins: Mark Tannock, Anthony Tannock, Charles Edmead, Lydia Joel; Bruce Redman, Shannon Simons; Shirlet Simons and Candy Adderley; numerous relatives and friends.
