Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Paulette Elizabeth Ball, daughter of the late Edward George Alexander Ball Sr. (deceased) and Gloria Melvina Ball deceased), loving Mother to Sergio Ball and cherished Sister to Edward Ball Jr (Brenda), Wayne Ball Sr (Valerie), Leleath Bailey, Earleen DeSilva (Gregory), Donna Marie Ball (deceased) and Debbie Ball in her 62nd year of 18 East Shore Lane, Sandys. Family and friends may pay their last respects on August 3rd, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Augustus Funeral Home, Orchid Chapel, and on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. at St James Church Hall.
The service celebrating Paulette’s life will be held on Tuesday, August 4th at 11:00 am at St James Anglican Church, followed by interment.
Paulette will be fondly remembered by her nieces: Charissa Ball and Natasha Ball Melo, Tiona DeSilva, Kimberley (Rudy) Cann and Neva Lewis; nephews: Kevin Bailey and Anthony Bailey, Jermaine DeSilva, Wayne Ball Jr. and Philip Lewis, adopted family Bishop Dr Carlton and Joreene Crockwell; Special friends, Godchildren Majesty Wilson, Ter-Rae Week Swan, Sarai Paynter, Makai Christopher-Lindsay and Destiny Wilson and many relatives and friends too numerous to mention. The family also sincerely appreciates physicians, hospital personnel of Layhey and KEMH hospitals, caregivers and everyone who offered support to Paulette and the family during this period. Cup Match colours can be worn.
