We regret to announce the passing of Lois Lynette Virgil in her 80th year, of 67 North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish, CR01; beloved wife of the late Neville Virgil Sr., cherished daughter of the late Wendell and Grace Steede; loving mother to Nikia Virgil and the late Neville Virgil Jr., grandmother to Cleshaunay Darrell-Virgil; step-mother to Lanelle Davis and Mark Tankard, sisters Judy Robinson, Beverly Hollis [the late Nick Hollis] and Jonelle Steede; brother the late George Steede. Daughter-in-law to Valencia Manning.

A service celebrating her life will be held today, June 25th, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Holy Trinity Graveyard and at 3:00 pm at Radnor Road Christian Fellowship.

There will be no viewing.

Also survived by her uncles: Rupert Steede and Ralph Hill; nieces: Dena Robinson, Nichole [Tyrone] Smith, Keisha and Shaneeka Hollis, Jodi and Jill Virgil, Rickia Williams, and the late Tammy Robinson; nephews: Leroy [Nakita] Robinson, Devree [Luisa] Hollis, Mark Anderson, O’Brian Roberts and Neil Phillips; godsons: Terry ‘T.L.’ Smith, Jason Doers and the late Damon Bell; goddaughters: Shantel Smith and Thelise Dyer; special children: Bobby and Joelle Smith, Nadia, Duval and Marli Robinson, Nichole Jennings, Dage Minors and Robert Edwards Jr.; special friends: Aunt Kath, Winston Jr. Jones, Yvette, Jennifer and the Brangman families, Rose, Mikey, Grannell “Sookie“, Pam, Brenda, Verna, Franzetta, Alva, Ronnie, Sherma, Marie, Marva, MeMe, Ella Kate, Barbara, Clara, Suzie, Rossie, Liz Juanita, Maxine, Joanne, Diane, Ashton and all the members of the DIamondettes and the Big Blue Machine, Terry , Polly, Debbie, Lauren and Rudy, Mac and Corey, Pearly, Jenny, Beverly, Karen, Val, Pam, Georgina “Kitty”, Carla, Maxine, Ida, Dawnie, Shanie, Bella, Phillip, Cab, Stanfield, Davita, Shelita and the late Florette Gibbons.
