Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of: – Louis [Bumpfricky] Reginald Quinton Anderson.
It is with great sadness that the family of Louis [Bumpfricky] Reginald Quinton Anderson announce his death on Wednesday, November 22, 2024 at the age of 71. Lou’s wife of 48 years, Velma Rosemarie [Swan] Anderson is devastated by his transitioning. Louis is lovingly survived by his mother Dorothy M. Peniston [nee Anderson], sisters Laverne Anderson, Jill Burgess [Keevil] and Tammy Jackson [Jim].
He is survived by his children Shannon Swan [Denaye], Damon Anderson, Tanisha Anderson, and Liam Anderson [Sarah]. Louis is also survived and missed by his grandchildren Ray-Jhaun, N’Koya, Shayla, Grayson, and Liam Jr. He was also loved by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, a host of cousins and in-laws. He was predeceased by his father Louis E.S. Smith, bonus father Gladwin Peniston, brother Ricardo Anderson and sister Martina Smith.
The family greatly appreciates all those who have shared words of condolences, gestures of sympathy, and cherished memories during this difficult time. They have truly been a comfort to all.
The service will be held at The St. Georges, Seventh Day Adventist Church, today, December 5, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
Visitation will be held at The St. Georges, Seventh Day Adventist Church, today, December 5, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:50 a.m.
Interment to follow at Richard Allen Cemetery, St. Georges.
