We the family regrets to announce the passing of Major Eloise Vantull [nee West], on June 28th in Detroit formally of Bda, wife of the late Major Frederick VanTull of the Salvation Army, mother of Angela Anderson ‘Charlie’, Michael Vantull ‘Brenda’ and Andrew Vantull, sister to Inez Ming, Vera Robinson, Reginald, George and Arnold West, the late Joey West and Grace Outerbridge.
