Mervin Vincent ‘Buddy’ Nearon

A memorial service celebrating the life of Mervin Vincent “Buddy” Nearon [April 13, 1932, to August 9, 2024], beloved husband of the late E. Madree Nearon and the late Constance M.E. Nearon, son of the late Darrell and Louise Nearon; loving father to Ross [Sacora], Kenneth, Selena [deceased], and Juanita, will be held in his 93rd year at # 17 Cove Valley Road, St. David’s on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at St. George Seventh Day Adventist Church, Secretary Road, St. George at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service in St. Peters Cemetery.
He leaves to cherish his memory his grandchildren: Waynika, Waymond, Atalia Evea’, Talia [Tyler], Natalia, Deja-Lee, Hamaz, Daquan, Staesha [Jaylen], and Danjai; great-grandchildren: Aiyanna, Shawn, Aubrey, Anye, Waymond IV, Taja, Honor, Denhem, King, and Mija; siblings: Leon [Valerie], Phillip [Leeann], and Maxwell [deceased]; in-laws: June Nearon, Arthur and Claire Bean, Lloyd and Constance Telford [deceased], Wendell Bean [deceased], and Walter ‘Sparrow’ and Valina Pascoe [deceased]; extended family: 12 nephews, 6 nieces, many great-nieces, and great-nephews; special ‘daughters’: Becky Pitcher and Samantha Robinson; godchildren: Rec. Dr. Donnamae Postlethwaite and Dwight Denbrook; special friends: ‘Flash’ Furbert, ‘Pete’ Peterson, and the EEMYC Family, along with numerous other relatives and friends too many to mention.
