We regret to announce the passing of Palmer George Calvin Wade, in his 75th year. Father to Kimalita Lightbourne [Mandellas]. Son of the late Palmer Wade, Sr., and the late Phyllis Mae Wade nee Clarke. Palmer is also survived by special sister: Jeannette Lowe; sisters: Katerina Gibbons [Sydney], Melissa-Lee Sorli[Duncan], Shawna-rika Samms [Royland]; Grandchildren: Meko and Malachi Lightbourne; special nephew and niece: Terrence [Bugsie] and Gina Lowe. Special Aunt: Pat Wade-Smith; Aunts: the late Phyllis, Marie, Gloria, and Jane Wade, Uncles: the late Llewellyn, Bernard, Lloyd and Calvin Wade. Cousins: Calvina, Calvin, Carlos, and “Cowboy” Wade, Gary, Stephen, and Ricardo Clarke. Special Cousins: Alena Crockwell, Alana Rogers, Alan Richardson, Clevie Wade and June Caisey. Goddaughters: Kimberly Lewis, Warerenette [Pinky] Iris, and Jenilla Hatherley. Godson: Jai Taylor-Tucker. Special Friends: Edna Mae Tuzo, Carlyle Bascome, Ernest Dillas, Robert Emery, and Dennis Joell. Special Family: The Clarke and Wade Family, Post Office, and Pepto Family. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, October 15th 2022 at St. Paul A.M.E. Centennial Hall at 11:00a.m. Wear something red.
