Bulley-Graham-Rawlins Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Peter Boyd Powell, in his 77th year of Devonshire Parish. A Graveside Memorial Service and interment will be held at St. Mary’s Church Cemetery on Thursday, May 21 st at 3:00 pm. Blue may be worn, but it is not essential.
Peter Boyd Powell was the son of the late Clifford and the late Pauline Powell. Peter is survived by his devoted wife, Anselma Powell; beloved daughter, Erika Powell; and honorary
adopted daughter Tiffany Swainson; and honorary adopted granddaughter, Olivia Swainson.
Peter was the loving brother to Jane Powell, George Powell [Goldie], Roger Powell [Sandra], and the late Judy Powell [Clive]; special friends Pamela Swainson, Mike Voegeli, Peter Simons, Ed Stovell, and the entire BELCO Family; RRCF family; FCF Family; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Peter’s caregiver, Benjamin; the Very Reverend Dr. Martin Fair; Dr. Gordon Campbell; Dr. Kimberly Foley and Beverly; KEMH; the Air ambulance medical team; Boston Lahey Hospital; and spiritual friend Gloria Rodeheaver for their unwavering support.
