Bulley-Graham-Rawlins Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Robin Andre Roy Arnold Spencer-Arscott, Son of the late Walter Arnold Spencer-Arscott and Margaret Ann Spencer-Arscott, of 17 Brightside Crescent, Smith’s, in his 84th year. Loving wife of Ann and loving father of Steven [Lisa], Andrew, and Ryan [Taylor], and was predeceased by brother Michael.

The funeral service will be held at The Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity, Church Street, Pembroke, on 20th February 2026 at 3pm.
