It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vincent Leroy Chaves Sr. of Devonshire Parish, beloved husband to I. Marie “Pat” Chaves (nee DeSilva) of 65 years, devoted father to Vincent Leroy Chaves Jr. (Natalie) and Carla Marie Chaves, son of the late Eric and Pearl Chaves.
He was predeceased by sisters: Eula Trott, Pearl “Nilla” Easton and Edith “Fan” Charves; brothers: Charles Eric “Sonny” Charves and Donald Charves.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Peace Lutheran Church in Vincent’s name. BNTB Account Number: 20-006-060-061954-100.
The family wishes to thank those who have offered their love, support and prayers during this difficult time.
A private service was held in his memory at Peace Lutheran Church, Paget.
