A Graveside service for Roy David Outerbridge, son Frances Patsy Thomas and Roy Outerbridge. Brother of Isabel Trott, Russell Minors Outerbridge, Debra Thompson, Edgar Young [brother in-law], Will be held Monday December 19, 2022 at 11am at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
