Duchess Plants Tree at Warwick Camp
Yesterday [Nov 14] Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Gloucester,the Colonel-in-Chief of the Bermuda Regiment, traveled to Warwick Camp and took part in a tree planting ceremony. She had previously done the same at Government House that same morning.
Also yesterday, Her Royal Highness visited St. John Ambulance Brigade HQ, on Point Finger Road, Paget and meet with youth footballers and ex-West Ham striker Clyde Best at the Devonshire field. She is pictured alongside John Desa, the Bermuda Regiment gardener.
She arrived in Bermuda on November 11, and is scheduled to depart the island tomorrow. The main point of her visit to the island was to present the Bermuda Regiment with new Colours.
