Red Cross Set To Offer Babysitter’s Course
The Bermuda Red Cross is getting set to offer a babysitter’s course for boys and girls aged 12 to 16-years-old, teaching the required skills to be an effective babysitter.
The course flyer says, “The course looks at the fundamentals of good business practice, age appropriate play, behaviour and much, much more.
“This course also certifies in Adult, Infant, and Child CPR and Basic First Aid; the certificate is valid for two years.
“The course will run for four consecutive days for four hours each day from 8.45am through 1.00pm. Participants must do all four days in order to receive their certificate.
“The course will run from February 9 through February 12, 2015, and again from February 16 through February 19, 2015. The cost of the course is $120; payment is required to secure a spot.”
