Court: Two Women Charged With Stealing
Appearing in Magistrates Court yesterday [July 15], two women were charged with theft, with both defendants denying the charges.
Ms Tosha Simmons, 43, and Ms Britnii Hollis-Butterfield, 25, were charged with theft from the Phoenix Stores.
Ms Simmons plead not guilty to stealing over $8,800 from the Phoenix Store.
Ms Hollis-Butterfield plead not guilty to a single charge of stealing $100 cash from the Phoenix Store in February 2016.
Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe set 7th September as their trial date .
The Magistrate granted Ms Simmons bail at $5,000 with one surety; and Ms Hollis-Butterfield bail at $1,000 with one surety.
