XL Group Declare Quarterly Dividend Of $0.20
XL Group Ltd announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly dividend on October 27, 2016 of $0.20 per common share payable on the Company’s common shares. The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2017 to common shareholders of record as of December 15, 2016.
The Company also announced today that the board of directors of its wholly-owned subsidiary, XLIT Ltd., resolved on October 27, 2016 to pay a dividend of $10.2222 per share on XLIT Ltd.’s Series D Preference Ordinary Shares, which dividend will be paid on January 17, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of January 13, 2017.
