Bermuda First Investment Sell Argus Shares
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Bermuda First Investment Company Limited announced that they sold their entire holding of 862,400 shares in the Argus Group.
The full filing stated, “Bermuda First Investment Company Limited, a BSX listed investment holding company which owns a number of significant investments in BSX Bermuda listed companies, announces that on February 2, 2017 BFIC sold its entire holding of 862,400 shares in Argus Group Limited.”
