Cyclist Nicole Mitchell Wins Medal In Martinique
Bermuda’s Nicole Mitchell finished in third place in the Women’s Road Race at the Elite Caribbean Cycling Championships in Martinique this weekend, capturing the bronze medal.
Tenile Campbell of Trinidad and Tobago took the gold medal with Solymar Reveira of Puerto Rico in second.
“Mitchell’s result should qualify Bermuda for a spot in the 2018 CAC Games,” BBA President Peter Dunne said. “Following the women’s road race Dominique Mayho competed in the Men’s Time Trial and finished in a strong 11th place.”
