Three More Meet Carifta Games Standard
The Bermuda Carifta Track and Field team has increased their number by three following this weekend’s track meet at the National Sports Center.
Nirobi Smith-Mills met the qualifying standard for the Under 17 Boy’s 800m when he was clocked in a time of 1:59.17, with the standard set at 2:03.00, Sancho Smith came extremely close to meeting the standard when he finished second in 2:03.91.
Two Under 17 Girls met the 5:05.00 standard for the 1500m, Tilda Norman was clocked in a winning time of 4:57.36, while Jesse Marshall was clocked at 5:02.47.
