Shaquille Dill Wins Two Gold Medals At CIAA
Bermuda’s Shaquille Dill competed in the 2018 CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships representing St. Augustine University, making a very impressive showing to win two events.
Dill stood on top of the podium in the two events he competed in helping the St. Augustine University Men’s Track and Field team finish T1st with Virginia State as both schools finished with 175.5 points.
Dill captured the Men’s 1 mile run gold medal stopping the clock in a time of 4:28.44.
Dill would also advance to the Men’s 800 meters final after clocking the fastest qualifying time of 1:58.26, he would then win his second gold medal of the event winning the Men’s 800 meters inal clocking 1:51.23.
