Court: Defendants Deny Damage, DUI Charges
Two defendants will stand trial at Magistrates Court later this year after denying separate charges.
Toledo Breary is accused of possessing a bladed article at the Esso Tiger Mart Garage in Hamilton as well as impaired driving at the same location. The offences are alleged to have taken place on April 28.
Mr Breary, 46, of Hamilton parish denied both offences and was released on bail until July 4 when a trial date is expected to be set.
In an unrelated case, La-Taunya Griffin denied unlawfully damaging a kitchen window worth more than $60 in Pembroke on November 5, last year.
Ms Griffin, 35, was released on bail and will return to court on July 13.
