Phillips is in Aruba competing in the TIHTA Aruba 2018 Main Draw.
Phillips has advanced to the Semi-Final following his Second Round Under 14 Boys win over Sebastian Ruiz from Aruba.
Phillips won in straight sets 6-0, 6-0.
