Wells Scores In Queens Park Rangers Victory
Bermuda’s Nahki Wells scored for Queens Park Rangers in the 60th minute as they recorded a 3 – 2 victory against Brentford today.
The club’s match report said, “In some atrocious rain, Championship top scorer Neal Maupay registered his 12th league goal of the campaign to hand Brentford a 22nd-minute lead. But QPR responded to ultimately secure all three points and rise to 10th in the table.
“Massimo Luongo [50] got the ball rolling for the R’s, before further goals from Joel Lynch [58] and Nahki Wells [60] at the Loft End gave Steve McClaren’s Hoops a commanding lead.
“The Bees did respond with a second goal through Henrik Dalsgaard in the 81st minute, though couldn’t add a third during a tense finale.
Yahoo for Nahki…a BORN BERMUDIAN….proud of you!!!
Why the capitals?
Why the word “born”?
If someone is a Bermudian by grant or marriage are they less deserving of your praise or deserving at all?
I am a born Bermudian, my kids are born Bermudiana but my wife is not. She became one after we married.
I think you meant “REAL BERMUDIAN” if you were trying to make a point. You know what I mean??? Wink wink. Nudge nudge.
Awesome Game to watch. He played well and his teammates are really starting to gel. I would be surprised if they don’t get promoted into the Premier Division next year.
It would be especially bizarre if QPR gets promoted while Huddersfield and Burnley got relegated, a real possibility
Congrats Nahki!
Born Bermudian sounds like Donald Trump talk!
Micheal Douglas is a Real Bermudian, wink wink , nudge nudge .
