35-Year-Old Man Stabbed On Dundonald Street
[Updated] Police are “now looking for a 43-year-old Pembroke man said to be a suspect in connection” with the stabbing of a 35-year-old man that occurred this evening [Dec 24] at Place’s Place on Dundonald Street.
A police spokesperson said, “At 5:37pm on Tuesday 24th December, 2019, police received a report of a stabbing incident at Place’s Place on Dundonald Street in Pembroke Parish.
“Upon arrival officers were informed that a 35-year-old male had been transported to King Edward Hospital for treatment to a stab wound to the chest. His injuries are described as critical and he was immediately taken into surgery.
“Police are now looking for a 43-year-old Pembroke man said to be a suspect in connection this reported stabbing.

Update 8.57pm: The police spokesperson said the suspect is described as “a black male, 6-foot tall, dark complexioned, slim build, wearing a black and white jacket and what is believed to be black trousers.”
