Golfers Association Urge People To Stay Home
The Executive of the Bermuda Professional Golfers Association said that they support the call to ‘stay home’ and have urged the golf community and wider population to stay home and refrain from using golf courses for golfing, walking, jogging, cycling, etc
A spokesperson said, “The Executive of the Bermuda Professional Golfers Association supports the call from the Bermuda Government and the Bermuda Police Service to ‘stay home’.
“We urge the golf community and wider population to ‘stay home” and refrain from using golf courses for golfing, walking, jogging, cycling, etc.
“This pandemic is serious and the ‘stay home’ request will help our country and can even save lives.”

Officials are urging everyone to please follow all guidance like washing your hands, adhering to self quarantine if relevant, and practicing social distancing, and they have asked that if it is not urgent, a necessity or work, to please stay home to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
