Police Confirm: Man Dies After Collision
Police have confirmed that a man has died following a road traffic collision on Middle Road in Paget this afternoon.
A police spokesperson said, “Police and other first responders were this afternoon called out to a two vehicle collision, involving a car and a motorcycle, just east of Four Ways Inn on Middle Road in Paget.
“Upon arrival, police found that CPR was being performed on the bike rider, a 68-year-old Southampton male. He was subsequently transported via ambulance to King Edward the Seventh Memorial Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
“This is the second fatal road traffic collision for 2020.”
