Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of M. Bentley Burgess.
M. Bentley Burgess son of the late Thomas and Inez Burgess nee Smith, father to Linda Mienzer and Patrick Burgess, brother to Desing Burgess, the late Thurston Smith, Patricia Johnston and Diana Saltus in his 76th year of 43 Tribe Road # 1 Billy Goat Hill, Warwick.
A Home going service will be held at Marsden First United Methodist Church, 151 South Shore Road, Smith’s Parish TODAY Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 2 pm.
Interment will follow at Marsden First United Methodist Cemetery.
Flowers may be sent.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Marsden First United Methodist Church on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 from 1 – 1:55 p.m.
Also surviving are nieces: Maxine Hunt [Quillan], Elizabeth Stevens [Clifford] and Gail Burgess; nephews: Curtis Lee Johnson and Desing Johnson of the USA; 14 great nieces and nephews and seven great great neces and nephews; special friends: The Burgess and Smith Families and god children and relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
