A Home Going service for Mr. Collins Lorne Smith, beloved husband to Tanya Smith , son of
Calvin [Laverne] and Carolyn Smith, loving father to Collins Jr., Charde, Dante’, Dannielle and Chanara, grandfather to Camaje’, Dakayo and Mya, brother to Wayne [Salena], Randall [Marcia] Furbert, Calvin [Lisa], Carol-Lynn, Dawnette Smith and Shawnette Johnson [Danny] in his 53rd year of 16 East Park Lane, Pembroke will be held at The New Testament Church of God, Heritage Worship Centre, Dundonald Street, Hamilton on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery.
Flowers may be sent.
There will be no viewings.
