A homegoing service for Mrs. Jane D. Madeiros in her 79th year of Warwick, who passed away on April 18, 2018, beloved wife of Joel, loving mother to Keith [Laurel] Madeiros [Bermuda], Jennifer Smith [Pennsylvania], Timothy [Kathy] Madeiros [Pennsylvania], Deanna [Richard] Smith [Georgia] and Paul [Antoinette] Madeiros [Florida], doting grandmother to Heidi [Paul] Heffernan [Bermuda], Stacy [Brent] Finchum [Alabama], Matthew [Paige] Madeiros [Bermuda], Gillian Chick and Abigail Smith [Pennsylvania], Amy [Greg] Garvin [Pennsylvania], Ashley [Nate] Gaines [Pennsylvania], Timothy Madeiros Jr. [Heaven], Hannah Smith and Jonathan Smith [Georgia], and Robyn and Daniel Madeiros [Florida], and proud great-grandmother to Olivia, Evan, Cole, Violet, Justus, Trinity, Boaz, Mercy, Levi, Sully, Thomas, Noah, Katelyn, Makayla, Raelyn, Logan and Lyla, loyal sister to John [Janis] Porter and Louis [Karen] Bramlett, daughter of the late John Henry [Bill] Porter and Emily Bramlett; sister Elizabeth Porter [Delaware]; brothers James [Dana] Porter [Maryland], and Michael Porter [Delaware], will be held at the Evangelical Church of Bermuda at #1 Mission Road, Paget, on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. Interment will follow the service at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Middle Road, Warwick. There will be no public viewing.

Jane and Joel just celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary on March 20, 2018.
Janie is also lovingly remembered by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Jimmy [Natalie] Madeiros, Ilene [Joseph] DaCosta, Irene [Raymond] Pimental, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and dear friends. Janie was predeceased by her parents – Bill Porter and Emily Bramlett, her in-laws – Manuel and Anna Madeiros, her two sisters – Amanda [Susan] Bayles and Barbara Ann Hurst, and her grandson – Timothy C. Madeiros Jr.
