Home going services for Lionel Raymond Dowling, JP, beloved son of the late Percival and Joyce Dowling [nee Smith], beloved brother to Albert Dowling [USA], longtime special friend and companion Oreta Young, special adopted son Maurice Hansey, in his 84 year, of Del’s Court, Smith’s will be held at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, Hamilton Today, June 13, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow the service at St. John’s Cemetery, Pembroke.
There will be no viewing.
