We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Roddy Eugene “Pete” Peterson.
A Graveside service for the late Mr. Roddy Eugene “Pete” Peterson, beloved husband to Candies Effie Peterson, son of the late Grace “Tootsie” Peterson and Eugene “Funny” Basden, loving father to Charmette Phillip [Kenny], Rhonda Dean [Grafton], Rodericka Griffiths [Denney], step father to Roger Trott [Wilhelmina], Roydelle Neverson [Eddie], Roslyn York [Winston], Roseland Parkes [Steve], Freedom Charles [Victor], brother to Eric Peterson [late Carolyn], Colin [Beverly], Richard [Sheila], Trevor and Pearlette Basden, Meredith “Pinky” Terry, the late Terrance Basden, Cecile White [Brenda], Calvin Johnston, Diane Peterson and Sharon Basden, in his 78th year of 5 Redcoat Lane, St. Georges, will be held at Pembroke Parish Cemetery on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 12:00 pm.
Interment will follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Viewing will be held at Augustus Funeral Home Rose Chapel Today, January 7th from 10:30am– 11:30am.
Lovingly remembered by grandchildren: Zuri, Zahra, Denver and numerous step grandchildren; brother in law: Andrew Ascento; sisters in law: Doris Manso, Marie James and the late Almira Trott; numerous nieces and nephews; special Family: Dill Family, Fraser Family and Dublin Family; special friends: Eugene “Fire” Dublin, the late Quinton “Lumpty” Dowling and the Armstrong Family.
Covid -19 precautions are to be observed and are required to have a maximum limit of 20 person in the chapel at any give time. Mask and hand sanitation will be required and social distancing observed.
