A Home Going service for Mrs. Shirley Elizabeth Gibbons, wife of the late Sinclair Gibbons, daughter of the late Arthur and Mabel Ross, loving mother to Angela S. M. and Leonie Dill, sister to Alberta Ross[NY], Hazel Taylor[NY], Sonia Benjamin [Ashley] [FL], Wendell Ross [NY], Vivienne Chambers[FL], the late Marjorie Samuels, Barbara Skeete, Jacqueline Sutcliffe, in her 83rd year of 14 Middle Terrace, Pembroke, formerly of Kingston, Jamaica, will be held at The New Testament Church of God, Heritage Worship Centre Today, December 10, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow the service at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at The New Testament Church of God, Heritage Worship Centre Today, December 10, 2019 from 1:00 pm – 1:55 pm.
Lovingly remembered by grandsons: Shannon Mello Jr., Leric Lightbourn; granddaughter: Derik Dill; great granddaughter: Aniyah Williams-Dill; brothers-in-law: Hugh Sutcliffe [FL] and Ludlow Chambers; special foster Daughter: Simone Outerbridge; family: nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, friends, godchildren and family too numerous to mention; clubs: Joy Club, Special Peoples Seniors Club.
Shirley was predeceased by: brother-in-Law: Ludlow Chambers.
