Mello Jones & Martin Appoints C. Inge Poulus
Mello Jones & Martin announces the appointment of C. Inge Poulus as a senior corporate attorney in the firm’s Corporate Practice group. In her new role, Ms. Poulus will focus on commercial finance including aviation finance and aircraft registrations, as well as corporate transactions, limited partnerships and other joint ventures.
Prior to joining Mello Jones & Martin, Ms. Poulus was a senior associate with Conyers Dill & Pearman in their Bermuda office for two years. Before that, she was based in Vancouver, British Columbia, as senior counsel at Stikeman Elliott LLP in their Corporate/Securities practice group.
Ms. Poulus’s areas of expertise lie in securities, mergers and acquisitions, limited partnerships, banking and corporate law, which she has developed during her 30 years of legal practice. Ms. Poulus received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1983. She was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1984 and to the Bermuda Bar in 2009. In addition, Ms. Poulus is fluent in Dutch.
